Can anyone recommend a someone who is currently doing loans for foreign nationals?

Either conventional loan or Bridge (or both).

@Galit Ryadinsky I am aware of a lender that can help with investment and commercial property loans for FN. Up to 65% LTV, vesting in US entity only and funds must be from a US bank.
