Hi,

I'm part of LLC, we just finished renovating our first rental property in Cleveland Ohio.
and signed a lease agreement with a tenant.

Our next step is to refinance the house.

Any recommendations on good banks around the area? With good percentage.

@Tamir Yakobov Congrats on bringing the renovation to an end! When did you purchase this property? Despite Fannie/Freddie's recent changes we're offering cash out with only 90 days of title seasoning (DSCR based, LLC vesting required).
