SFR rehab/flip and Equity Partnership deal structure

Hi BP! I am an experienced flipper having been in RE since '04 and rehabbing full time since 2010.

In order to leverage the experience and time that I have, I am now looking for equity partners who are willing to fund the deal/rehab costs 100%. I have two guys that like a deal I have under contract, but am struggling to find examples of equity deal splits other people have done to show them why I want to split 50/50 with no "skin" in the game.

Does anyone have a spreadsheet that outlines an equity deal like this that I can show them?

(Also- if anyone out there is interested in the deal, net profit is about $85k, 50% to partner = $42,500.)

Thanks in advance for your help and sharing past Equity Deal structure!
