Brace Yourself! DSCR Loan Rates Are Through The Roof!

I've been beating this drum for a while now and it looks like we made it. The rates on 30Y fixed DSCR loan products are now starting close to 6.5% - 7% and we are being told to brace for more increases.

Many refinances will fall apart or never happen because the property can't cashflow at such a high rate. 

Please be aware your HML is not price gouging, the rates being quoted are real. Times are a changing!
