Multifamily no cash refi 90% LTV
I'm looking to acquire a three unit building in Massachusetts via owner financing which would require me to do an immediate conventional refi. I'm looking to see if there is a no cash out refi available at 90% LTV.

You will not find any traditional funding. The max you can to for a 3 unit is 75 LTV. Also, if it is an investment property / not your primary it will be almost impossible to get a loan because Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac do not want investment properties or 2nd homes. You will most likely have to find private money. You might be able to get a hard money to 80% but depends on your credit score and situation.
