Starting out as a RE investor
So I've started diving into the process of real estate investing, however, all of my experience is in the contractor side of the industry. Now that I'm starting to dip into the buying and selling side, my biggest question is what the common approach is to taking on your first investment property? Specifically, is it common to apply for an LLC or other business structure to use as a front for investment loans or is it more common for investors to do everything personally, with conventional house loans and personal funding for rehab?
