Agree with Andrew here. If you are looking for off market deals then you may need to connect to wholesalers in your desired area.

@Gabriella Borukhov - I think we need more clarify on your request. Usually this falls under a real estate professional or agent but it may differ depending on your needs. Are you looking for someone to help you find a deal? If so, a buyer agent should help. You pay nothing if you go on the MLS, the seller pays. But if this is something else like a mentor, fees vary dramatically.
