Partnership Equity: Sweat vs. Capital
I live in California and want to partner with my family in the midwest. My cousin is a typical blue collar farm guy. I am able to bring the capital and finance skills, he’s able to oversee contractors for rehab or do most of the work himself. He won’t be putting any capital into the business and we ll be putting in equal hours.
How would you split the equity in the business?
