Opening an Airbnb close to the beach with a prefab

I’ve spoke with a few prefab manufactures in several states to get a good idea of how they can deal with harsh weather if we decide to drop it on some land in the panhandle.

The next step is making some calls to vacant land owners in the area we want to see if they’d like to sell. But now I’m considering seeking a partner to buy the land and I’ll buy the prefab.

This will end up being an Airbnb and my first experience with them. My question being for anyone who’s dealt with Airbnb and what their experience is. I’ve been flipping for a couple years but have been thinking about having an Airbnb for a while
