Hello BP

My Husband and I are looking for new places to invest. Toledo and Columbus came to our discussion. Anyone has experience in Ohio Markets. Also, Maybe a realtor that understands cashflow. Thanks in advance.

Steven Torres.

I manage 1,500 apartments in Toledo, OH.  The market is very challenging and you will need an exceptional property manager.  Columbus and Toledo are night and day, but you will pay 2x or 3x as much in Columbus because of this.
