Need Help Knowing More About the Louisiana Area

Hello everyone, my name's Dreyson. I'm looking to invest in LA state, but I don't know the area too well. Certain deals, specifically in Shreveport, have popped up and numbers seem good - what I'm wondering is,

  • What areas are good for families?
  • Are there any places to avoid or to definitely go for?

I'd love some more knowledge about the area. Have you yourself invested in Louisiana? Thank you all for your time and have a good one.

Hey Dreyson,

I currently live in Shreveport and am familiar with the area. There are definitely places where the numbers work well and some where you might not want to be, depending on what you're going for. I don't currently own any investment property here, but I am working with a local agent who I found through BP to find some, and he's been very helpful.

Feel free to reach out for any questions you have, and I'll do my best to help!
