Investing as a 16 year old

As a 16 year old, I know everything I need to know and more to start in real estate. I already own multiple business’s ranging from flipping cars, day trading, and importing high-end commercial stones. At the end of the day, no matter what jobs or challenges I take on, my love for real estate and success never tends to cease.

What can I do at this moment to start in real estate flipping/investing? I have the knowledge, just not the capital or ability to get loans from the bank. Should I co-sign with my father (CRE investor) on properties and use private money? If so how can I do so?
