Are you growing deep or wide?

“Growing wide” meaning, using a lot of leverage to accumulate a lot of units, scaling up quickly.

“Growing deep” meaning slowly growing your portfolio by using less leverage and aggressively paying down debt.

Each method has pros and cons

So, how are you going about growing your portfolio? If you’ve been in the game a long time, where are you at? Starting to pay down those loans or are you still accumulating property??

Curious to hear your story!
