Second Home Purchase Strategy Wanted

Hello to all my beautiful Bigger Pocket family members,

I recently just closed on a property in the DMV area, specifically in Maryland. I have a 30-year conventional home loan in which I put 10% down and count it as my primary residence. It is my first home purchase and now I’m looking for guidance on different strategies on how to finance and close my next deal. I plan on turning my first home into a rental and the second as my new primary residence. Ideally id like to rinse and repeat the same process for future deals. As for timetable I am hoping to have this done by the end of the year. Any help in this endeavor would sincerely be appreciated. Thank you!!!!!
