No, this isn't a joke. Word has it that the money men are coming to this (quite frankly, nasty) area to turn it into a a resort. Yes, I've heard it many times before; anyone who's been there will know why I refer to the area as "nasty" but has anyone else heard any news about this? When i was there last time lots right by the lakeside were going for about $7000. Let me state this again: It isn't April 1st. Yet.
