Best use of 300k+ in home equity for real estate investing

I have recently finished building a house from the ground up and have paid for all expenses out of pocket along the way. It has taken about 3 years but I do not owe anything on the property. Appraisal is pending currently but comparable homes in the area are currently valued between 300k-350k so I am using this to roughly estimate the equity value I will have in the home. Curious as to what different ideas people have as to how to best leverage the equity to expand my real estate portfolio. Thanks!
