I am 18 years old, currently I am taking a online class to get my real estate licenses. I have been listening to podcasts about real estate investing and I definitely would like to start investing. My question is, should I start out as a real estate agent and invest on the side and eventually start doing it full time or should I just jump straight into investing?

It will never hurt to have your Real Estate License, but either way is a great path into Real Estate Investing. I'd advise running the numbers and make the best financial decision for yourself.
