Land contract for first deal - yes or no

Looking to get my first deal under my belt so I can start failing my way to success.

I have been looking for buy and hold deals for the most part. I was actually just playing with the calculator on BP and came across a land contract deal from Zillow. I just needed a deal to analyze and it was the first one a pulled up.

Long story short, I have very little knowledge on land contracts and I was wondering what people thought about doing that for my first deal?

I appreciate any and all feedback.
