Reserves per property
Hey guys! Just curious what formula, if any people use, when calculating how much to have in reserves per property.

@Stephen A. Pope the rule of thumb is six months. I know that might seem like a lot and many investors get by with just a few months. It also depends on the property. If it is a new build that is rented 6 months of reserves might be overkill, but if it is an older property with older fixtures six months makes a lot of sense.
