I want to invest in single family homes targeting college towns

I want to invest in single family homes targeting college towns. Ideally, I would be completely hands off. I am looking for property managers who can manage single family homes for the use of rental to college students. I want to be hands off. Is this something common? Despite today's new norm, I would love the opportunity to get involved in either a college town or a lake house for Airbnb opportunities.

Thank you,

@Gabriel Cardus

I commend you for know what works for you and going out and finding it. When I do investments now I always look at effort adjusted returns. I have a rule, I don’t take anyone’s unless I want their life. That means I don’t listen to many people. You know that you want, you’re going to find it, and if you end up realizing you want something different you’ll go get that.

The homeroom model works perfectly for you based on stated goals.
