To buy or to wait on a property while being in the military.

So, i am in a position where i want to buy a house. I have done my research and have educated my self the best i can and now i am read to put it into action. My lease on the apartment i am renting is over in about 3 months. I want to start process of buying a home now and house hack it. However, my biggest concern in buying this house is that in the year 2022 i will be separating from the military. So if i buy a house now and leave in my current duty station in about 2 years i could sell the property or rent it out when i leave. My concern is in the renting aspect. I dont know how difficult it will be to manage a property while i am out of state. If i find a property manager and it turns out that person is mediocre then it can really mess me up. What should i do ?
