How to approach investors

House flippers looking for an investor but where? How? We will do all of the work and can put a little money into it. We did one flip 2 years with a family member and it turned out beautifully but do not want to do business with them this time around.

How do you approach an investor? Where do you find one? What is the split 50/50?

@Jonathan Greene these are great strategies to work on. I'll be at our next REI meeting, my first. Thinking I might bring a folder with pictures from our first flip and my husbands work (he's an interior trim carpenter). Just making contact for now and hope to build up relationships and some more money to put in the deal.

Thank you for the advice!
