@Wayne Brooks has a pretty solid response... but I have questions.
Why are you getting rid of it?
Where is it located? (specific area, doesn't have to be address)
Is it occupied?
Are you self-managing?
When do the leases expire?
Knowing the answer to these questions will allow the BP community to better help you. If you're self-managing, have you given a thought to a professional PM?? I have personally worked with @Mark Ainley at GC Realty & Development and he would be a good person to talk to about possibly managing or selling your property to one of the investors in his portfolio.
If you're looking to get rid of it fast, DM me and I might be interested in purchasing it myself :)
