I Craigslist a decent place to look for fixers, REOs, and FSBOs? Or is it just a place where investors try to dump bad deals? Does it vary by region? I am in Los Angeles/Orange County. Anybody with any experience doing either good or bad deals found on Craigslist will be helpful.
