It's no such thing as turn-key in Detroit I guarantee that. Not being harsh just honesty at its best. I suggest coming out here, network and build a team of trust-worthy people.  I've met several BP members from out of the state to help them on their journey. This is how people can tell if you are serious or not. If you are willing to throw money here without meeting these so called turn key people they will take you for all you have.
