How do you search MLS for cash transactions? I can't find that search criteria.

If you're not an agent with full MLS access, you won't.

In our MLS you can add additional search fields. You have to add "financing" to the search parameters and then select "cash" for cash transactions.

Same here. Each MLS system is slightly different. Check with other agents, or your Board.

David Littleton Like Wayne said, each MLS is slightly different. Have a R.E agent that works with investors show you how to run that search. I learned from an investor that's also an agent. If your an agent you can call your MLS help desk and someone can walk threw the process.

I cannot speak for David

I believe he searching for cash transactions to locate local Cash Buyers over a time span

He’s might be trying to build a buyers lists and determine what types of properties they recently purchased
