Updating the Office

Posted

Hi All,

I'm working on innovative and smart updates for the brokerage I work for. I'm open to all your awesome innovative ideas and concepts and I'm not afraid of research. The brokerage has been around for 24 years and they're open to some FRESH ideas!

1: Does anyone use electronic bulletin boards? I saw something in passing but failed to take a picture... Windemere Properties at Lake Las Vegas had these cool displays that were basically electronic MLS Flyers... it sort of looked like several iPads strung together, each "iPad" displaying a property flyer. This was a cool and clean look, and I'm trying to contact their office directly but Lake Las Vegas is a super weird place...

2: Does your office have a computer server? We all have individual computers and files end up getting downloaded several places if someone is working from a different computer. I'm curious if it would be worth the cost...

3: Any other innovative or just "life hack" type things you or your brokerage does? We're in a rural, resort area so foot traffic is still a real source of leads for us, especially during the tourism season.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts!
