Selling a condo - buyer waived inspection

I've accepted an offer to sell my condo and the buyer waived inspection contingency. There are several small things wrong with the unit and I'm wondering if the seller could have any recourse. Does waiving inspection essentially make the offer "as is" and remove me from any future financial obligation?
