PSA: Use Google to Search BP Forums for Better Results

I see a lot of people post questions, 100s per day, that have been asked and answered 1,000 other ways on BP somewhere. I can't stop laziness if that's what is keeping people from searching around first, but I can share an effective way to get to the content you need to see on BP.

After all, the free account on BP doesn't really let you search the forums very well. Any time I try to find information about something on the forums, it's about 20% related to the topic I'm trying to research.

Type in the google search bar: "site: biggerpockets.com" followed by your search term:

Site: biggerpockets.com how to find motivated sellers

Other search criteria apply, like you can put quotes around words to make google only show results with those words.
