Mentorship programs for 45k+

Hello Friends,

I’m newbie investor, or at least learning to be.

I’ve taken the first step towards my RE education,i.e. attending seminars for a hefty price.

I feel like I need more guidance than just attending seminars; some real people to hold me by the hand kind of thing, but of course I cannot afford to get a mentor for 40k+.

I know for sure someone is going to sell me the next course, which will lead to the next course and the next and the $ will just climb.

I was thinking wholesaling would be a “good” strategy for starting out without capital. But then again, I can’t take action right away as well.

Any suggestions or advice on this? (I feel so overwhelmed and don’t know where to start)

Thank you for reading the long description. Thanks again in advance!
