Land Trust and paperwork

Okay, I purchased a property under a land trust (new to me) and filled out the Land Trust agreement (stuck this in a file cabinet). Now it's ready to rent. Do you sign leases - ABC Land Trust, John Doe trustee or do you just sign agreements with your name only?

Also, did I skip any steps with this land trust development?
