What to expect (and NOT expect) from an Agent
Hello fellow investors!
I'm a new BRRRR investor in the Indianapolis area, looking to buy my first single-family property to BRRRR in the next 6-12mo.
My question is this: What is "reasonable" to expect from an agent when you are searching for a house to BRRRR?
Some follow-up questions for that:
- Should they provide comps and/or and ARV with each potential deal they offer? Should they know and recommend good areas to invest in? Should they actively present me deals as they arise, or expect me to sift through my daily search update emails myself for deals?
