Welcome Thomas!  Many people would say that it's a tough time to get into wholesaling/investing in Columbus, but I say there's never a bad time to start!  Plus, most of the wholesalers getting started aren't very good at it, if you can go above and beyond you can easily make it to the top 10% quickly!
