Starting real estate

Ishmael Sanchez
Posted

Someone told me if you don’t have a real estate license you can only sell 2 homes a year. Is this true ?

Also, I am a beginner in the real estate world but highly interested, can someone guide me down the correct path? Interested into purchasing homes at low prices that have equity to flip.  Thanks ahead of time.

Hey Ishmael,

I wouldn't say there is a "correct path" for someone to guide you down. There are a lot of different paths in real estate and each path is suitable for different people depending on their goals. Personally, I would recommend the book "How to Invest in Real Estate" by bigger pockets. It goes over numerous different strategies and paths and would help you determine which path would be best for you.
