Retirement Homes - Podcast Episode?

Can you recommend any podcast episodes (on the BP podcast or any podcast) about buying, selling, renting or managing retirement homes? Any type of retirement home: independent living, assisted living, memory care, etc. Thanks for any help! PS When I Google this I only get search results about ‘retiring early with real estate’!

Another member recommended to me a BiggerPockets podcast, #50, that somewhat covers this (it is about owning properties and renting them out to long term care facilities, like group homes). Thank you, Kristin! I just searched thru the transcript with some key words and didn't get results on words like: senior/retirement housing..  Episode 50 is called "Getting Started and no Money Down"... do you think that's really the right one?

There's a podcast from Americare (a big healthcare services company that has a podcast of the same name) that you may like. There was one especially good episode about trends in elder care that talks about things which are interesting for an investor... That's episode 8 "Trends in Senior Living Design and Amenities". Also, episode 253 of the podcast "Lifetime Cash Flow" was a good one.
