Thank You!

First, I want to the Express my Gratitude to God in advance for the amazing thinks he has in the future for me: The Inspirations He will send my way during prayers and meditations; The blessings and guidance in my daily encounters; The amazing time to look forward to with family and friends; The Fruitful relationships I will continue to develop with my patients, clients, coworkers, fellow investors and entrepreneurs, and all other professionals; Abundant spiritual, mental, physical and social health; The constant awareness that “I don't wanna spend my whole life asking, What if I had given everything, Instead of going through the motions?” (The Motions-Matthew West); The passion and desire to be good and do good, and the willingness and strength to come back to the righteous path when I steer away! So, thank you God for all you have done for me and for all that you have in the future for me.

My name is Attila. I live in Northern California in the Sacramento area. I am a Spiritual God Lover, a Husband to an Amazing Wife, a Father to three wonderful children, an Entrepreneur as a Real Estate Investor and Realtor, a Perioperative Registered Nurse, and, overall, a Good Human Being.

I want to, also, express my thanks to this Great Bigger Pockets Nation. You guys are an awesome group of giving individuals. I feel very blessed and thankful for all your knowledge you so willingly share. Without you, NO WAY, I would have the courage to venture into real state investing. So, thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the time you take out of your busy schedule to share your wisdom and knowledge with those of us still and continuously learning.

Also, I don’t just want to offer my Thanks, I also, want to offer my help and services. By no means, I consider myself experienced enough tell you I can help with whatever you may need, but I know enough to be of some help. I’ve read tons of books, thousands of posts, listened to hundreds of podcasts, went through a couple of extensive courses. I bought and lightly fixed and sold a property; I bought and fully rehabbed another house and sold; I bought a short sale and fixed it up as my primary residence; I’m in the process of a flip that has extensive work (just closed on Wednesday); I had a rental for almost three years. I’ve been a Realtor for a couple of years and a critical care registered nurse for almost 14 years. I love creative investing!
