Questions for longtime investors?

I run an online marketing business, my focus is the growth of talented investors. I am doing some research before I interview them and I want to know. All of you investors, what would you want to know if you were a new investor, specifically if you were about to partner up on a deal with the experienced investor? The list of questions I have so far are:

1. How long on average does your projects take?

2. How do you find leads?

3. How many partners are you currently working with?

4. How many partners have continued to work with you after the sale of the house?

5. How many projects do you have the ability to work on at a time?

Any other questions would help, I didn't list basic questions like how long have you guys been doing it for...they seemed obvious. I want to give these guys a hard time.
