Automated Telephone Answering Systems

I've decided to set up an automated telephone answering system for my office. I'm considering using NCH software. I have a multi-line telephone system set up now with no voice mail or menus with voice mails. Anybody had experience with that software system?

I did have an answering service, but I switched to google voice...not going back.

Any other thoughts?
