Any Success with St. Augustine Vacation Properties?
Wondering if anyone has had good experiences in the St. Augustine, FL market with vacation rentals. I'm thinking more about the beach areas than near the old city area. I realize location and rentals are good in the summer, but I get the feeling vacancies are higher the rest of the year.
