Is TLO worth it & do they allow unlimited searches?
Is TLO the best service to accurately pull cell phone numbers? An account rep with them would not allow me access since I'm a real estate investor. Also their service had a cap of 100 searches/month. Can anyone offer any insight on their experience with the service.

@Adam Jordan I think you have to be licensed by certain regulatory entities in order to be able to use it, like an attorney or collections agent.
