Can I rent out a in-law suite in union township NJ?
Hello,
I'm in the process if trying to buy a home with a 1 bedroom in-law suite with private entrance. The house is played out perfectly for a rental and already has a small kitchen with stove (I didn't see a vent though). How can I legally rent this out? I was told I can't advertise it as an apartment because the house is zoned as a single family.
