My name is Lou and I am from the small  community of Lone Oak , Kentucky.  My real estate ambition , since I am entirely new to the industry,is to start from the ground up and learn investing basics .  Then, with a good basic grounding and knowlege ,my thinking is  that it might prudent and wise to invest slowly, such as in one small property , then hold or sell.   If all proceeds well, I might increase my investing to two or three small properties as my confidence and expertise grows.  Additionally , I  desire to learn the fundamentals of property management.   So , to the best of my determinantion and knowledge ,  the path I wish to travel as an fledgling real estate investor is to buy, again small and slow , manage, then sell ,  flip, or if not overly complex or risky, trade. Then too,  I have adequate time to travel , possibly long distance, if my knowledge and success proceeds at least fairly well , to scout new properties

Now , just a bit more about me as a person.  I am fifty-eight years of age, have a bachelors  ( 4- year ) degree in Business Administration ( General Management ) from Western Kentucky University ,  Bowling Green , Kentucky . My professional background is within the area of logistics , distrubition and customer service. My current post is that of an agent of customer service for a large worldwide , multinational, overnight air express corporation .   I shall withhold personal contact numbers for now, and if I feel well accepted here , I will give those numbers out .  Thank you for the opportunity to join this community, and I am confident I can make many friends here.  Best regards and have a wonderful day !
