What's the difference between a 2-plex and 4-plex
What's going on PB community!!
What is the difference between owning a 2-plex and 4-plex? I'm planning to buy and owner occupy my first property! My plan is to use a 5% down payment, so I figured, I might as well utilize a 5% down payment and have my rent/ taxes and have money in my pocket buying a 4-plex compared to collecting one rent from a 2-plex. What the are the laws for a 4 plex?
