Do you think that Turn-Key investing is the route to go as a new investor?

Hey Michael. I absolutely think it's a great way to go for a new investor. I was just trying to think of an article topic to write on the blogs this week, and I'm going to do one about this now! Thanks for the idea :) When the article goes out, I can send you the link. I'll explain in it why I think it's a good idea.

But to clarify...I don't think it's "the" route to go, because everyone will have different goals with investing starting out and I don't think turnkeys are for everyone. But if someone is interested in turnkeys, or buying rental properties as a newbie, then I do think it can be a great option for new investors.

@Ali Boone thank you for your response. Yes, I would love to read your blog. I have recently been considering this option as a way to get a rental income and even know of a broker that offers turn-key solutions. I am trying to get my ducks in a row to understand if this is where I want to invest some of my $.
