Need Real Estate Contracts

I am new to real estate investing in Georgia and need contracts. Where do I get them? I want to start with wholesaling.  I heard about Docusign.com,  but learned a document must be loaded first in order to use the service. While driving around neighborhoods to get a feel for the business, I found a few empty/abandoned houses. I located the owner of the properties, but how do I find their address, phone contact or reach out to purchase the house?
