President Donald Trump
For those of us who can't wait to see what's in store for this industry now that a real estate developer is in office... what major changes do you think will take place?

@Christopher Lombardi, As to changing things in the real estate business I expect very little change. First consider that congress, not the president passes tax laws. However the President appoints the heads of regulatory departments, so there can be rule changes. If Trump tries to do nice things for RE investors the other side will scream foul and suggest self benefit agendas. I doubt he will try to pass hurtful things as it would harm him as well. There will be a LOT of changes coming, but probably very few to real estate for a few years at least. However my crystal ball is broken so I could be wrong as well.
