The best tips using the MLS?

hey guys,  i would love to pick your brain about the ways you use the MLS in your daily routine in investing. I also a realtor and would like to know other then doing comps, what are the best ways that you using the MLS for finding your deals?, choosing farming area? setting up different alerts ? analyzing ? Anything that help you as an investor that have a license I am pretty new to the MLS and I'm trying to build daily habits of using it , any recommendation and lessons will help. THANK YOU!!
