As a current Realtor and soon to be investor I want to ask all of the BP members, what are the 3 things you look for most in working with a Realtor? How do you determine who to work with? What are the things that Realtors do in your market that you absolutely hate? And what is the one thing Realtors don't ask from you that they should?
