Buy and Hold Opportunity in Central PA
Looking for some experienced insight on 3 potential properties in Lewisburg PA, a well to-do college town.
Seller is offering owner financing up to 75% at 5%.
4 unit plus large storage garage asking $349, gross rents equal about $3400/month
Single Family with 1 br apartment in rear, with room to add an efficiency apt - asking $225, current rents equal $1,600
Single Family Student Housing - asking $175, rents $1600/month
Prices are somewhat negotiable, this seems like a good opportunity for the right price, but looking at over $700k in all, so want to be sure. What do I need to be looking for on these properties?
