Meet ups

Hey everyone just bought a property in kennesaw GA. Plan is to rent rooms while house hacking and move my self out eventually while renting out. Was seeing if there is any meet ups around Atlanta area or other people that are renting out rooms, with some good info/tips. Thanks Adam.

@Adam Huntahlers, to @Mindy Jensen'S point, that is the case in Cobb County. But from what I've heard, as long as you don't have cars parked in the yard, loud parties, etc., it probably won't be an issue. Just don't draw attention to yourself and be a good neighbor and you should be fine. We have 3-4 college guys who live in a house in our neighborhood and they're nice guys - no one has a problem with it.
